About:	Though simply named as 'Salsa's', this restaurant offers some of the finest cuisine Mexican and Caribbean cuisine in Asheville. The preparations are quite experimental but retain the authentic Cuban flavors and the ingredients used are organic. 'Salsa made with pumpkin seeds' is one such mouth-watering delicacy. If you prefer spicy food, 'fire-roasted pepper tacos' is sure to delight you. Among the usual beverages, one also finds Jamaican red and white wine here. This place is usually noisy with loud music playing in the background and is crowded because of the limited space; but the creative menu and fiery food more than make up for it.
