this place is very expensive. they charged me $6 for 1 pair of pants and close to $3 per shirt. WHen i asked the girl about prices, her response was "i don't make the prices". I would have started bringing them all my family's clothes but instead they will not see me again.

Highly Disappointed: My wife took in a beaded and sequined sweater she had worn twice, had all of one month, and paid over $100 for, to be cleaned. When we picked it back up they said it came out fine. We got it home and took the bag off and the beading was 85% destroyed and the sequins were missing and dulled. When we took it back, we asked that it be repaired back to original status, or a full refund. They offered us 25.00, saying that was the depreciated value of the garmet now. They refused to even discuss fixing it.

We then tried thier store in Lugoff, thinking maybe it was just the one store that was a bad experience. I dropped off a sky blue, Calvin Klein dress shirt that I had worn twice and had cleaned once by another cleaner. It came back with a dingy greenish tone to it, and it was missing a button. When I took the dress shirt back, the lady offered to reclean it, though she insisted, with some hostility, that it wasnt anything but sky blue. Another customer came in about this time, and she told the lady she saw the greenish tone also. I just left with my shirt.

We could not recommend this cleaner if we tried. First time, shame on them, second time, shame on us. Clothing is a big investment, and you want your dollar to go as far as possible. Your cleaner should treat you, and your investment, with some semblance of respect.
