User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGreat place, but don't expect sales associates to help you find something specific. The women usually look at you with a blank stare and say "What?" I would love to see customer service make a comeback and for Lowes to have a training session regularly so the staff can get to know the store and what is in it.

I have shopped at Lowes in Red Bank numerous times and have only found one rude and very arrogant salesperson. He is an older gent with gray hair and I can't recall his name. I think he works in tools but pretty much knows zilch about anything. He points to where the item is and that's it...no offer to help you find someone or a product...but the other employees there are just wonderful..I wish I knew all the names of the very helpful and courteous employees. I will try to get names and email back...they deserve to be recognized for going beyond the call of duty to be of assistance!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just want to let you know that I had a terrible experience today at another one of your location, I was so ready to just give up and try another home improvement store. But I remember I came to your store once before and the associate that helped me was so kind, had so much patience, even though I know I drove him crazy simply bcos I did not have knowledge of the product. All I know is that his name is Mark he normally works in Lumber but this day he was working with doors. To make a long story short, he took the time and helped me, his attitude was great, in fact all the employees that I came in contact with was very nice, they all acknowledge me and was so willing to help, and if they could not they found someone who was willing. I want to thank you for your kindness, for caring. For the smiling faces. As far as my experience at the other Lowes I will never return to that store, and it is so much closer. But I will drive more miles to recieve the great customer service, and it is employees like Mark that makes a person feel so good and apperciate that you will always come to your store to make whatever purchases is needed for my home improvement. Thank you for such great excellent customer service. And Mark is one outstanding employee.
