User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI sent Toyota center an email at 9:30 am, by 9:40 my phone was ringing, a salesman by the name of Matt Baker called me to let me know that the only red Prius in SC was on his lot and available! He even gave me a price quote right over the phone as soon as I asked! When I got there, the car was already clean, full of gas and all i had to do was go and sign all the papers, I was in and out within an hour! In all my years of buying cars, this is by far the best experience that I have ever had, i will be and sure to send everyone I know looking for a Toyota to the Toyota Center and Matt Baker!

I just have to say Toyota Center's sales team led by Joe Alonso were fantastic. In the current climate they were able to find me the exact Prius I wanted within a week when most dealerships have a 2-4 month wait list. On top of that they added no premiums to the deal.
I found Joe to be willing to go the extra mile to make his customer happy and satisfied with their buying experience. Most other dealers (and there were quite a few) I worked with had the attitude they could sell any Prius to anyone so I should feel honoured to not only get what I get (not what I want), but pay them a premium on top.
I will certainly recommend Toyota Center to my friends even though they located are 220 miles from my house. -

Toyota's dont break often: So the service writers and manager don't really know about fixing them. Mechanics have done a good job. New ownership now, maybe they will send some people to school so they stop feeding customers lines.
