User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI recently purchased a new vehicle from Herndon Chevy and have to say every aspect of the sale exceeded my expectations! The courtesy and knowledge of the staff at Herndon made me feel no pressure and very confident with my purchase.

I had to contact the dealership 2 times about my tires. My car was only 2 years old. The tire treads were about to come off completely. My mileage on the car was 31,000. At first they did not want to do anything but tell me I ran over curbs. Tell me how bad of a driver that I was. That made me fume! Then the third time I brought it over and told them i have a warranty on the tires a 36,000 mile tire. After waiting an hour they finally come back and tell me the will replace the tires. I really feel that you have to know your stuff, warranties and do your research before taking your car here. I had alot better service at Ben Satcher Ford. So, even though they replaced the tires at herndon, I felt I had better service at Ben Satcher. Think before you buy a chevy. Im rating Herndon as poor because of the service department. Also, when my friend came to pick me up the sales people just looked at her with out speaking she was driving a honda. I have seen better dealerships than this.
