    Beware of menu changes....

My wife and I went to the Bistro and ordered our usual White Pizza. However, it seems that the owners have redone the menus and changed some of the dishes. The white used to be brushed with olive oil, but now it's practcally drowning in alfredo sauce. The server told us that it was "probably melted asiago cheese", and when she tried to serve a slice, everything just slid off of the pizza. Why change a good thing???

Sunday Brunch Shrimp N Grits is wonderful with a Mimosa! Mediterranean Pizza is delicious. Not every meal I've had there has been outstanding, but all have been good, fresh and with excellent service. The new martini bar has wonderful fresh sushi. Pomegranate martinis are the best in town, even outdoing Travinia's, Antai, and others. I give it a 4 because the staff is always exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food is consistently good.

This is one of the top three restaurant's in Lexington but that isn't saying very much for a town that has mostly mediocre franchise eateries. The brick oven pizza is their best menu item. The service and ambiance is a little above average. If you want a better restaurant experience you'll have to drive a half an hour into Columbia or even better drive 90 minutes into Charlotte or Charleston.
