User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have had great experiences with them. They are friendly and have great technicians. Probably the best in the state-especially for VW. Have been buying VW's for a long time. Read other review about the expensive oil change. I have a VW Jetta and the oil changes are pricey because the VW's require synthetic oil and AUDI filters. Thats why you can go 10k in between oil changes!

I read your comment on the pricey oil changes and I made a review myself. I have a VW too and the reason they are pricey is that they use synthetic oil and the Audi filters. I aksed myself! My '09 Jetta goes 10k in between oil changes and that is why. Not using synthetic will really mess up the VW's. If you are going somewhere else, make sure you know that they know what they are doing. A VW is expensive to work on if they don't know what they are doing and mess up! Trust me!
