   Well, I am not that pleased living out there. There were too many things that were not fixed when I first moved in and still not fixed. Too many kids hanging around outside at night, landscape looks good from the front, but the back is not good. Trash on the back, too many trees hanging over the property on the back. I am still waiting on things to be fixed that should have been fixed before I moved in. I think that my lease is for a year, and I can't wait for it to be over.Just hope that things get better and not worse.

   This is a great apartment complex! At first I was not going to try it because I had heard bad things about the area, but I called and the way I was greeted made me want to go there and give it a try. Boy am I glad I did the lady who greeted me was so nice and knowledgable. She said they had just taken over the property and she represented Hercules Real Est. and she helped me decide that St. Andrews Pointe should be my new home. ZeeZee Williams is her name and she is great and really goes out of her way to get the job done and done right. The maintenance is stupendous, they smile and come in and fix things with no problem. Even when it was 100 degrees outside they were still doing their job and going out of there way. I think it is great out here and recommend it to all those people who keep to themselves and like the nice things in life and want to save money.

   I AM SO GLAD TO SEE A COMMENT ABOUT ST.ANDREWS POINTE APTS. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF RELOCATING TO COLUMBIA,SC IN A MONTH, AND HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR AFFORDABLE, NICE AND NOT TO MENTION SAFE ENVIROMENT FOR MY CHILDREN AND I TO LIVE. I ALSO WANT TO THANK ZEE ZEE WILLIAMS, FOR HER HELP. AND ALSO TO (dequarious).
