Dick Dyer Toyota

I was disappointed with the sale and customer service I received at Dick Dyer. I initially was offered an internet price; however, when I came in I realized after the sale that I did not get the internet sale price.

I also requested a 4-Runner with tow hitch. They did not have a tow hitch in stock so the Salesman promised to have a local Toyota where I was stationed to install one.

Needless to say the local Toyota did not install my tow hitch some local shop did. Since it was not a Toyota installed tow hitch it was not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It protruded out from the vehicle. It was not flushed.

I took pictures and emailed them back to Dick Dyer. I then took pictures of what it should look like and emailed them to Dick Dyer. I spoke with I think "Jim" about the matter. He was very condescendingly rude.

Needless to say Jim stated Dick Dyer would not re-install the tow hitch and would not entertain the fact that I did not get the internet price I should have received.
