I visited Honda Cars of Columbia for a routine, 30,000 mile check up today. If I had known it would take 6 and a half hours, I would have rolled out of bed at 7:00 instead of waking up and dressing for work at 6:00 expecting to be done two hours later at most. Not one word from ANY worker there was uttered to me regarding the status of my vehicle, and not one apology or acknowledgment that something out of the ordinary was going on with my car. When it was finally time for me to leave after many customers had come and gone, there was no issue whatsoever with the car. I really think they forgot. Then they didn't even pull it up and I had to walk across the parking lot in the rain so that I could leave. I'm never going back there again.
Also, I'm required to rate this establishment and am only doing so because one cannot leave a zero star rating. Oh and I forgot to mention that their sales reps were dumb enough to actually ask me in the midst of my pacing around whether or not I was interested in buying a new car!

I am a 23 year old looking to buy a new or barely used mid-size car (so I was checking out Honda Accords), and today I made the mistake of visiting Honda Cars of Columbia. After taking about 5 minutes to summon a salesman, they finally found one, we sat down, and I told him what I was interested in. Well, apparently because of my age, I can not afford a Honda Accord, and he proceeded to directly insult me in multiple ways, culminating with him telling me that "they just don't like to put extra miles on their cars for no reason" when I said I would like to go for a test drive. In addition to that, he continued to quiz me on how I would pay for it, and asked me "If I had even researched how I was going to pay for it". I may be young, but I have an Engineering Degree, and definitely the intelligence to research a major purchase such as buying a car. Anyways, you can be assured I will never conduct business with Honda Cars of Columbia, and after not being able to test drive a car that wasn't at the top my list already, I will probably not be purchasing a Honda Accord.
