Just awful. Buttons are broken almost every time I pick something up. Why do I keep going you ask? I have tried almost all the other ones in town and still have not found a decent one. Constantly get poorly pressed shirts, with wrinkles pressed into collars. Just sloppy, sloppy sloppy.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHome Delivery is SUPER: I used the Five Points store before and stopped because of all the construction down there, someone from Tripp's called and recommended the home delivery service. THANK YOU!! Home delivery is wonderful, my husband always has clean shirts and I always have an outfit ready when I want it, the best part is it is free, I would happily pay more for this service! Home delivery has been a life saver!

This has not been my experience at all, I have never had an issue with the quality of their work. Aside of the rare occassion of a broken button (which they fix for free) I think this review of yours is out of line based upon my exeperience. You should give them another try, perhaps you will agree.
