a pale blonde girl took and made my order adn she was extremely kind and very interested in my customer service. im very pleased i would suggest a raise. :]-

I would not suggest going to this dairy queen.
I went tonight (july 17th 09) and 2 of the girls were very sweet and worked very quickly.Both white. one was short and blonde the other was very tall with long dark hair. they were very efficient and thanked me for my order and wished me well and whatnot however the third employee an older looking black woman was extremely rude to the other employees and stomped around and had the line that i was in backed up for orders. i appreciate getting my order taken quickly but i waited too long for my food and it was wrong when i recieved it. The woman should be helping the other employees and im seriously dissapointed in her ability to help out. plus making a scene with the other 2 girls is not at all ideal when there are 15 people in line. -

I really wouldn't recommend this DQ - there are enough in the area to find one that has decent customer service. I ordered the same thing I always order and when I got it - it wasn't made correctly. I questioned the girl working there and she refused to even listen or try to correct the issue. She just said that what I got was correct. Well either she made a mistake or the last (who knows how many) that I got were all wrong. I checked the ingredients and she did make it wrong. So what if she made a mistake - all she had to do was listen or say - maybe I made a mistake gosh I'm sorry that would have been fine. I really enjoy a DQ bilzzard but not enough to be treated so rudely - I even tried to call the store to let them know how rude I was treated and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. My advice - go to Brewsters or Coldstone - atleast they act like they want to give good customer service.
