This past summer I had to drive a 3,000 mile trip in a week by myself. Before I left, I went to this Wal-Mart to get an oil change and have my fluids checked. Before I left, I specifically asked them if they had checked my transmission fluid. Oh, yes, of course they had. But on my drive, my car kept doing something strange. Finally I figured it out- I had NO transmission fluid in my car. I had to buy three bottles to fill it back up.
Perhaps it was a leak, you might think. Perhaps it was burning fluid off? No. After I put the fluid in my car, I have not had a single problem with it since, not for the rest of my trip, not for the past half a year. Thank God I caught in it time because I could have RUINED the transmission on the car I'd had less than a year.
I just went there for a simple oil change, since I was going to come right back home in a week and get another one. I will NEVER, EVER have any Wal-Mart on any car of mine again.-

absolutely the worst place to go EVER! the employees are completely rude if not borderline remedial. Finding anything or anyone to help takes forever. I reccommend Publix where they ask to help you if you need assistance.
