Love The BEACON!!!!! hmm...try a chessebuger with mayo and slaw a plenty!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's sooooooo good!! Whoa and don't get me started on that good southern tea!!! I will go back!!! Call It!!

Whenever I need my grease fix I always head for the Beacon. This is a great place for a good burger!

Well I have to agree with some. The atmoshphere is different, it is old and every since Mr. White sold it, its not as good as it used to be. But lets be honest, isn't that how it always is? Things just aren't what they used to be. Yes it ain't healthy but in the South much isn't. When I go home for a visit I have to visit The Beacon. The chili and onion rings and the tea...hmm gives me flash backs of when I was a kid, when they used to bring the food out to your car. Whoa did I just go back or what? The age of the restaurant gives character. Those of us who grew up there will definitely stand-by our home GREASE SPOT. The Beacon; thats how I know I'm home.
