Fatz Cafe

I normally eat at a Fatz Cafe while traveling and have always found them good. But, this one was the worst I have ever been in. We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon on the way back from Atlanta. I ordered soup and Rueben sandwich. The soup was cold and was sent back. The Rueben sandwich was the worst I have ever eaten. The meat (very little) was dry and hard. There was very small amount of sauerkraut, plus the bread was hard. The waitress failed to bring a side order that was suppose to come with it.
The waitress was okay, but she forgot to get things that we asked for.

On July 18, 2008 we had the pleasure of dining at FATZ in Boiling Springs, SC. The waitresses were friendly, courteous and prompt. It was so nice to experience that Southern hospitality after having been away from that area for a lot of years. The food was delicious.
The manager was kind and friendly, working hard to see that everyone was served properly. He even gave us a picture from the wall because I was in it. We had a GREAT time.

the best Fatz around: We drive a liitle further just to go to Fatz in Boiling Springs..The staff are very friendly and the food just taste better there.It's the only Fatz we go to now...We highly recommend it
