WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We decided to hold our wedding reception here and we just cover everyones bill. They had us down for the wrong day but the right DATE and tried to argue with us about it instead of fixing it. Then they told us that we couldn't bring in our wedding cake and that they meant to call us and tell us that but since they thought we were coming in tomorrow they hadn't gotten around to it. Eventually the manager said they could accomadate us but only if we agreed to only stay for an hour. It was the worst experience ever and I would starve before I set foot in that place again.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis was the worst Hibatchi grill I have ever been too!!! The cook was horrible, he did not even attempt to entertain us, the service was even worse! We had to wait 30 minutes just to get a refill!!!! Our waitress only came to our table three times in an hour and a half time period. Once to take our order, again to bring us our drinks, salad, and soup, and last to give us our check!! We had to ask the manager for refills as well as for a to go box and bag!!! We spent $89.56 on what was the absolute worst service, food and over all dining experience ever!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time nor your money at this establishment.
