Destruction of clothing: Had a shirt drycleaned there about 3 weeks ago, they somehow punctured the shirt and created a huge wrip. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a manager to speak with me and I have been calling every other day to try and find a manager. Still no response... I guess I lost my $80 shirt and they lost all my business

Extremely Disappointed!: We took our comforter to Centerville Cleaners to be cleaned shortly before Christmas and when we went to pick it up it smelled horrible and had white spots all over it. After Christmas we took it back in and asked that it be recleaned. They obliged and said we could pick it up about 9 days later on a Friday. We stopped by and they said it wasn't ready to come back later that afternoon. We came back by and it still wasn't ready so they told us to come back on Monday. Monday rolled around and once again the comforter still was not ready. We were told to come back Tuesday so we came in and once again the comforter wasn't ready. At that point I decided it was time to speak with a manager. After two weeks the comforter had not even been sent to be cleaned and I had to describe it to them numerous times because I'm pretty sure they didn't even know where it was. Mind you this is a 400$ comforter. At this point the owner assured me that they would make it a top priority and they would call me when it was ready but it shouldn't be more than a day or two. After three days I called them and was finally informed that it was ready. I went to pick it up and after they had kept my comforter for over a month I wasn't even offered any type of resititution other than they told me the REclean was no charge! Extremely disappointing! I really expected better service!
