Terrible place to buy a car. Check out the reviews on Edmunds car delership reviews. The good reviews were obviously written by their newly hired "Customer Relations Manager" they obtained to combat all the horrible reviews that were posted all over the internet. West Ashley Toyota had so many bad reviews on yahoo local and yellowpages.com, that they removed their name from both directories for a while. It looks like they reposted again, and I'm glad to repost another well deserved bad review. Do yourself a favor and buy a car ANYWHERE other than West Ashley Toyota.

Do not buy a certified car. If you buy used, look for single owners with history report. I thought I couldn't go wrong with a 160 point inspected certified vehicle. I learned the hard way that "certified" actually means abused former rental car with a 160 point checklist that was probably filled out in a few minutes. Don't make the same mistake I did.
