    I went to the Glass House Seafood Restaurant a few days ago. It was wonderful. I started with the she crab soup and hush puppies. I enjoyed the seafood dinner: fish, shrimp, oysters, stuffed crab and a baked sweet potato (early special dinner was only $12.99). The service was great and the low prices were even better. It was a great night out!

    Glass House has the best seafood you'll find around. They offer lightly battered fried or broiled seafood. It's a friendly environment with great service. Stop by and ask about the delicious Charleston She Crab Soup and the best hushpuppies you will ever eat!

    I can't remember the last time I complained about a restaurant, but this one was pretty bad. We waited forever for our dinners to come out. My wife and I had each ordered the so-called "specials." What a huge disappointment. My wife got the salmon which was okay, but salty. I got the Prime Rib Special which was inedible. I guess I got the last piece of shoe leather foisted off on me. Anyway, no more prime rib so I was offered a rib eye. That was so thin it looked like it was cut on a meat slicer. I ate what I could then we left. Waitress was unconcerned and busy trying to make sure she was not to blame. Overall, bad food, bad and slow service, high prices...pretty gutsy to try charging $18 in SC for an entree that does not even include a salad. Stay away...
