User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOwner values MONEY more than the customer.: Recently they failed to do a job on time (due to a machine failure). When talking to the owner about how customers should be charged full price even though their items weren't done on time, she told me that she has a business to run, and has to feed her family. This is true, but isn't it best to keep a customer in the long run? OBVIOUSLY NOT.
