    Super fast! Great Rates!: I just bought my very investment property in Myrtle Beach and everyone at Apeiro Mortgage made this happen. I am very very happy with my rate compared to other banks and the customer service I received was the best! Tim and Kelly took very good care of me and made the process stress free. I will defintely use Apeiro Mortgage for all of my future real estate needs!

    Smooth and Stress Free: I just completed the refinance of my investment property in Hilton Head and I was extremely impressed by the knowledgeable people at Apeiro Mortgage. I am a “hands on” type of customer and the process took less than 20 days from the time we began to my closing. I am pleased to say anytime and every time I had questions or concerns about my loan Apeiro exceeded the level of customer service I require. The whole process was quick, efficient, and without error. More importantly, the level of customer service exceeded my expectations and I will gladly refer family and friends to the folks at Apeiro Mortgage Group, Inc. Great Job Douglas and Kelly.

    Professional and excellent service: I recently refinanced my home in Summerville, SC and learned of Apeiro Mortgage Group, Inc. through a simple search on Yahoo. I worked with Craig who is one of the owners and I must say it was a very simple process from start to finish. Craig kept me informed and up to date on all aspects of the mortgage process.
    I would highly recommend anyone in the refinance market to look into Apeiro Mortgage. They worked very hard for me and understand the value of a dollar.
