I brought my wedding dress here on my wedding day because my tailor had spilt gingerale all over it. They were able to get it out AND steam it within 2 hours. All I can say is, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! I have told evryone to go there. Hope you will too!

They cleaned a feather comforter for me and when I went to pick it up, it took quite a while for them to "find" it. I was told that the person who took the order didn't put a description with it and did not tag it. Luckily they ended up finding it while I was there, but that should have been my first red flag.
I dropped off a pair of pants with some other items of clothing for next-day service. When I picked up the other items, I was told the pants had a stain and they needed an extra day. Three weeks later, after stopping by 4 times, calling in and hearing a different story from each employee, I demanded that I get my money back that I had paid for the cleaning. They admitted that they had "lost" the pants and would give me a store credit. I asked why I would ever want to use them again, but they said that was all they could do. On top of that, the pants are the bottoms to a suit so now I have a random jacket that doesn't go with anything. I would have been happy to go on my way with compensation for the pants (outside of a store credit of course because I will never use them again). I completely believe that good businesses adequately compensate for their mistakes, especially preventable ones. All they need to do is tag items as they come in (sounds too easy I guess).
