I will never use this place again. My shirts came back very poorly pressed. Some of the shirts didn't even look like they tried to press them and they were hanging off the hangers all lopsided because none of the buttons were buttoned to keep them in place on the hanger. I sent them back to be pressed again and they came back looking just as bad. I would be embarrassed to wear the shirts looking like they did when I picked them up.

Horrible Service: I would not return to this location due to the fllowing incident. This location damaged my item. Then, failed to tell me they damaged the item. The manager told me that I would receive reimbursement within 10-12 business days. After 2 weeks with no response, I contacted her. She then told me she had failed to submit the claim. I waited another 2 weeks for her to submit the clain. I continuously got the run around. This incident happened in May before Mother's day. I have not received reimbursement and it is currently August. This store has a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
