User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe ate at the Rice Paddy several times on a recent month long vacation in South Carolina, Georgetown area. Every time, the food and the service was outstanding; the prices are reasonable as well. We hate to go home where there won't be a Rice Paddy to dine at. The Shrimp and Corn Chowder was excellent, the She Crab chowder was also excellent. The Shrimp and Grits were delicious. You won't go wrong here.

Rice Paddy: One of the finest resturants in the South East... Try the Grouper for a delightful meal.
daily specials have always been a delight. Service is beyond reproach.. Prices reasonable. excellent wine selection.

Rice Paddy: Dined on the patio for lunch on a beautiful day. Service - not stellar - forgot 2 drinks and had to ask twice for silverware. Food - Average - portions met expectations but salad was not the freshest and entree was served lukewarm. Prices - Overpriced for the area. Georgetown is not Charleston (which is where I would've expected to see prices in this range).
