I have been using Pelican Cleaners for the past five years and have been more than satisfied with the service delivered to me. I am always greeted plesantly and almost always addressed by name, which I truly appreciate in consideration of todays service standards. The few times I have questioned the quality, the item was recleaned free of charge. Pelican stands by their work!

Don't believe everything you read: Though some people might have a good experience here, I know personally that they are a lucky few. I have, on more than one occasion, had my clothes lost, destroyed, or delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately I know that I speak for a multitude of other "valued customers" in saying this. Trying to get reimbursed for your lost clothing is a futile venture and the endless stream of excuses that the management offers would almost be comical had my clothing not been so valuable.

Excellent service and value: A home-town feel, smile, and responsiveness to my needs is what makes this business a success. I no longer live on the island but continue to be a customer none the less. Finding a good cleaner is a top priority and this one delivers!
