The rudest service I have ever had! I have been using this cleaner for a year now. Over time, my husbands suits were getting worse. Many time the seams in the pants, were double and even triple pressed. The lapels also had pleats in them (small but very noticeable). The last time I went in was the week of April 27th. When I walked in the woman at the counter, literally looked me up and down. It was very awkward, but I dismissed it and continued on with my transaction. I pointed out the stain on the seat of the pants and then told her that I had been getting the suits back with bad presses and multiple pants creases. Could she put a note on the suit for the pressers. She said she would not! I thought she was joking, so I told her "Aw come on, you can." She told me under no uncertain terms: You come in here 5 min before we close and expect a note put on? I will mark the stain, but I will not put on a note for pressing. I was dumbfounded. She was serious! I could not believe how I was being treated! I asked her if she was kidding, and I got a dirty look. I told her when I pick it up, I will check it out before paying. She told me to do that little thing. Wow! The biggest shocker to me, is that I left the suit!! I did pick it up and have not looked at it. I would not take it back bad press, stain or whatever! I do not know if she is the owner or an employee. If she just works there, the owner should know. If she is the owner, hope she eventually goes out of business. It was not like I was asking her to open the doors after closing. I would pay more at another cleaners and hope you do as well!
