As owner/manager of Wards Radiator I sincerely regret that we inconvenienced you. Diagnosing and getting parts, especially during the busy summer season, at times takes longer than i anticipate. Since I don't know the details surrounding this particular incident I can only assume it was unavoidable. Ryan
