On July 3, 2008 I entered Dr. Conner's office with too much trepidation to explain. For nearly 45 years, a visit to the dentist's office always meant real agony. And for all the the dentists along my journey, the "chair-side" manner has always been horrible. Well, not this time. Yes, real fear still dwelled within, but the dental assistant and Dr.
Conner made me believe that they would do everything within their power to make this visit as comfortable for me as humanly possible. The "chair-side" manner caught me off guard. A genuine, sincere empathy for what I felt was noted and discussed. I was never made to feel ashamed or worthless. Dr. Conner and his staff took care of me that day and I feel confident that going to the dentist now will not be the harrowing experience it has always been in previous years. Yes, I still have some anxiety, but I am sure that the professional staff at Dr. Conner's office will guide me through to many continued, successful outcomes.
For once, I believe that I have finally found a "soft place to land" when it comes to dental work. Thank you, Dr. Conner and staff!
