I was a patient yesterday and came home in tears not due to pain but due to how my dentures were. I had 10 teeth on top pulled and bought the temp top plate. I had no teeth on bottom so I went ahead and bought a new bottom plate, I understand there was to be swelling on top but even with that being said my teeth by no means fit my mouth. The top teeth hang down so bad that drinking out of a cup is impossible and my bottom plate is way off. The gum is too thick causing my tongue not to laydown in my mouth. When I tried to talk to asst abot it she rushed me out. For 375.00 just in teeth i EXPECTED BETTER!!!

Seems there are good comments and bad. I think the bad outweigh the good. My personal experience was horrible. Left crying both times. Sat two days on second visit. I did not expect to be treated like royalty, but did think I would be treated nice, NOT!!!, I thought Dr. Scott was very rude. Still cannot wear the bottom of my permanent dentures, I had them made twice. Had to pay extra for the Cosmetic try in again, I do not like people telling me that you need to go with long teeth when I can see in the mirror. Try talking to a tech with a wax mold in your mouth, I thought I had an important opinion, they don't think so. I hated it, and kept thinking it had to get better because of so many people who were so satisfied. I don't understand why some are some not. My friend also went for service she has never gone back and never will. Her experience was really worse than mine, Glad mine was not as bad as some cause it was bad enough. I would NOT recommend this place and will tell anyone who ask to visit at their own risk! I will NEVER go back! Have to say the last visit I had very nice people but they want you to do it their way,
