Chick-Fil-A is a refreshing choice in the world of fast food. The food actually tastes good. I wouldn't consider any fast food "healthy" ,however Chick-Fil-A products are much lower in fat and/or calories than comparable items at other fast food chains.

Chick-Fil-A is delicious. Their food contains much less fat and calories than comparable menu items from the other fast food chains. Look up the nutrition info for yourself. No, fast food isn't good for you, but Chick-Fil-A is much better than most. Their fried chicken sandwich has less fat and calories than some of the other chain's grilled chicken . Look them up and compare. Their food also tastes much better than any of the other chains.
