User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe people at Pirateland and Graham Golf Cart have a booming business because rent from them at their prices or do without.......I called both places this morning for a discount or off season rate and explained my husband has medical problems and a golf cart would be a great help..the answer was "the prices are what they are".. It's a SHAME that a golf cart rental cost as much as a weeks stay at Pirateland FAMILY Campground. We've stayed at Pirateland for 15 years and we may travel on somewhere else this year.

Graham Golf Carts are the highlight of my family's vacation. When we rent from them in pirateland, they always are very nice to us and their carts never mess up, and if they do, they either fix it on the spot or give us another one. You can tell that they really love what they do and they act like they are a little family, willing to help anyone out. We enjoyed them so much that we went to Myrtle Beach and bought one to take home. Mr. Graham is a fantastic person and he explained everything. I recomend everyone who goes to the beach to stop by and at least look around and talk with their employees and you can see for yourself

I am a many time visitor to Lakewood Camping Resort in Myrtle Beach and therefore rent golf carts several times a year. I have been so much less than saisfied withGraham Golf Cart Rentals, I suppose no one really cares though because Lakewood will not allow you to bring one so your are stuck with poor poor customer service for over $50.00 a day. Their sign says open at 9:00 am you get there by walking and they say "We have to move all of these carts beore we can rent any"??????? Come back at oh 9:30 or 9:45. What the heck kind of service is that? The answer is they are a monolply and too bad for the customer, you will get it and pay your $50.00 a day when and if they feel like it what can you do about it?

we just got back two days ago and their prices are the same as last year. And the lady in the office is very generous and kind when it comes to people with medical problems because come to find out, she has a lot of them herself. if a person always wants someone to feel sorry for them and give them things than when someone turns them down because the follow the rules not make them and want to keep their job by not giving people stuff, than of course the person who gets turned down will be sad... because they have been treated fairly, not like royalty
