My uncle recommended this place. So my dad and I decided to stop on our way to Florence. The food was good. Until I looked at my dad's second serving of BBQ and there was a hair in it. I told my dad to stop eating and I started to pull on the hair and it was long...I never did get to the end of it. It was cooked in with the meat. I quietly got up from the table and took the plate up to the register. Looked and the man at the register and quietly told him he might want to check the bbq and showed him the hair. He grimaced and said ok. i walked away. No one came over and apologized or even offered to buy my dad's dinner. He couldn't eat anymore after that. We will not be back. Customer service is terrible.
