    Awful. Brought my bike in for a new stator (alternator) and front brake pads. It took them over 5 weeks to complete these MINOR repairs. How much, you ask? $520. Yeah. Surely, they didn't charge me this price for parts and labor alone, so I'm assuming that they decided to charge me for storage since they kept the damn bike for so long.

    If you are looking for a repair shop in the area, go to Bay City Cycles. They'll have you in and out much faster and much cheaper. I just had my rear tire changed the same day I brought it in. I wonder how long it would have taken Redline to do it.

    Only customer in the building. Staff passed me back and forth for about 20 minutes before one decided he might ask and see if I needed help. Well, yeah, their were no prices on their sport bikes. That's okay. I got my Honda..but not from them.

    After I bought my motorcycle at redline, the staff was still very helpful and answered all of my questions. Redline is a great place.
