User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAfter reading the other review, I had to add my expereine with Tecchno Cleaners. I have been using their servce for almost two years now.
I have been very pleased with this cleaner. I also have had very positive interactons with store manager. My clothes are nicely done and always ready when promised. I have used a variety of cleaners over the years and I would rate this cleaner among the best of them.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsPrice vs. quality: This cleaner is very competitive when it comes to cost, particularly with shirts. However, they do seem to have a nasty habit of pressing buttons off. So far, I have been pleased with their on-time arrival. Unlike the other reviewer (knock on wood) the cleaner has not lost any of my clothing.

Poor service - rude manager.: Be careful with this drycleaner. Specifically, you will not get your clothes from them on time, and maybe not at all. They will not guarantee a delivery time for your clothes, and are evasive about the location and state of your clothing when it is late. In this particular instance, I visited the cleaner 4 times before they told me that my clothing was lost. The manager never apologized and was very reluctant to refund the money I paid for the service and to reimburse my loss.
