THE MOVIES ARE GREAT BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALMOST RUDE. THEY WOULD RATHER CHAT ON THEIR CELL PHONES OR TALK TO THEIR BUDIES THAN TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS.

Awful 1 star...I will never go there again the employees are very rude....the show was okay, I've seen better at the Air & Space Museum in Washington DC.

Sounds like some details are missing from this story. You know what they say ... there's 2 sides to every story!
I find it interesting that the âhospitality advocateâ has to make excuses for this businessâ¦If you check the web you'll see this isn't the only bad review this location has. People should take the opinions of anyone who assumes that EVERYONE who works in this city is polite and that every unpleasant experience can be âexplainedâ away with a grain of salt.
