    In Search of the Best Pizza! I was shocked to see such a young owner and chef making such great tasting food, until I found out that he is the son of the original Bertolo's. Antonino Bertolo knows how to make the perfect sauce with the perfect balance of spices. He uses only fresh ingredients, like fresh basil and oregano. I usually never eat plain cheese pizza, but found that the true genius of the spices comes through in his simple yet perfect blend of tomato sauce, spices and fresh italian cheeses on his crust with a hint of honey. I was fortunate to also be there one day when they had just finished making their meatballs from scratch. Unbelievable! But my favorite spot is at the new classy Wine Bar. I study wines and their wine list is a fairly good example of each type of wine at very reasonable prices. Not to mention that the bar is a classy yet fun place to hang out at with out all the noisy college students running amuck! It is still a nice family atmosphere where adults can enjoy great Italian food along with a nice draft beer and a refreshing selection of fine wines that won't break the bank!

    Pros: Perfect balance of spices and quality cheeses
    Cons: Can be too crowded on Friday nights

    Pizza is great here it is the best non-brick oven pizza that I have had. Me and my companions ordered an 18" and oh gosh! I have never seen such as large pizza! The only issue I had with the place was that the particular cashier (we where ordering to go) wasn't too friendly. The only issue I had with the pizza was that once it got cold it was very salty.
