Terrible customer service: I have been a loyal customer there for several years until recently when a very expensive article of clothing was missing when I brought my drycleaning home. I informed them that the item was missing the very same day. A month has passed and they still have not been able to locate it. They will not take responsibility for the loss and they have questioned my truthfulness as to whether the article was truly part of the laundry that I dropped off -despite the fact that I have been a loyal customer who spends a great deal of money there each month. They have always done an acceptable job cleaning my clothes, but the counter staff has frequently been rude, and now they are refusing to accept responsiblity for losing my clothes which I find unacceptable and inexcusable.
