Renter Beware! As a wedding planner I strive to provide my clients with best vendors possible. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. The customer service provided by this company and its employees was non existant and absolutely shameful. The items rented were in awful condition. Not only did tables arrive which could not be used, what we were able to use barely held up during the reception. The 90% of gold banded china was not gold banded; and extremely worn. I would be ashamed to provide event rental equipment in this type of condition. In fact I was ashamed my client and their guest were stuck with it. Also beware of cost added to the contract like (optional 10% damage waiver fees)! Well if it is optional why is it automaticly added to the fees.....? With the hopes the line item will be missed I guess!? In addition to the unsitely condition of the equipment ( not fit for the trash) there is a no refund policy (store credit only) both prior to and or after a deposit has been made. What legitimate business that is in business to provide good products and services to its customers would not want them to be 100% satisfied? Hum...isn't that why a company would want repeat business and a good reputation??? If a business has a policy in which you can't get your money back BEWARE!!! They are not in business to satisfy...just to ripe you off!!!
