Dixie Stampede

Company Information: Located at the junction of Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, just south of "restaurant row" and adjacent to Carolina Opry, Dolly Parton's Dixie stampede offers a unique combination of wholesome fun, an "Old South" four-course barbecue and a 32-horse show. The show features trick riding, buckboard racing, exquisite costumes, friendly North-South rivalry and a grand patriotic finale. The modern theater provides comfortable seating and is handicapped accessible. Show schedule varies by season.

   it was just the two of us (in our 60's) but out for a nice evening. came upon the Dixie Stampeed, it was fantastic. the only thing I would advise... we bought seats in the front row - should have been at the top row... couldn't see much except heads flying by us. People in the top rows were raving about what it looked like from there...... and... the front row seats are MORE expensive... go figure!!!

   one word: AMAZING!!
   
   my husband isnt that big into horses and crowds but he loved it..best thing we did while in MB. Will def go back and the food was AMAZING!!!!!!

   This was the best show, we had a great time, great food, and a great waitress her name was BETH she was a hussler and your glass was never empty. If you go to the Grand Strand you have to take the time and visit this show VERY ENTERTAINING I will definately be joining the crowd again in the year 2008.
