This was the worst place I have ever stayed! The room looks nothing like the pictures on the web.It is very outdated! We stayed in the dunes building. It had one tiny elevator and then you still had to use stairs to get to some of the rooms. We had to use the stairs. It is basically impossible to use the luggage carts for this area. The kitchenette was so small that it had no counter space. They charged extra per night for a pack and play! They charged for admission to the water park that was on their site! We didn't get housekeeping until 5:00, after we had used our own beach towels to shower with! We ate breakfast at Tena's. We had to ask for our tip back because we only saw the waitress one time. My advice would be don't be lured in by the website! It must have been created 20 years ago!

Our family just stayed at the Sea Mist the first week of June 2011 and was very pleased. It was not a five star Hilton nor was the price. The rooms were clean and the staff couldn't have been better. We stayed in the Tides Bldg. with a great ocean front view. The family value package was a great deal and I would definently go back and recommend this place to anyone.
