customer: What I dislike about this bank is that they don't safe gaurd your privacy information for example your social security numbers. I feel that should take care of locking up customers personal information like their address, ssn, and date of birth. In this country we have a very bad rate of identity theft and I feel that they should be trained to safely secure these people personal information.
