User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am not happy with Best Buy. Sales paper, Feb 1,pg 2, Laptop..Intel Pentium Dual Core Mobole Processor includingFlash Drive and Mousse as a package for $399.97. I went in to purchase one...said they only had one left...but it didn't have the flash drive or the mouse with it as advertised... and..sorry..it would still be the same price. How easy would it have been to get a flash drive and mouse off the shelf or at least offer to order them? These young guys did not care about making a sale evidently. Seems strange with all these companies going out of business..you would think they would go the extra mile to keep a customer...guess not. Wonder if their boss knows about this..if he does..he should straighten it out .If you're willing to..write back and we'll let you know our name. Really dissappointing!!

They were helpful to me: I bought a laptop, sales guy was helpful, answered all questions okay. Sales people seemed pretty cheerful to me and I am not a tech person. I will buy from them again I am sure. I went back to buy another monitor for my desktop, sales guy again answered all questions. I am 60 so a lot of this stuff is a mystery to me. They are the best in my town for sure.

ripped off: My son and I purchased a computer there on january 5 2006 we bought cables and paper and ink cartiages when we started to fill out the paper work for rebates we realized that we were charged twice for microsoft teacher student software which you can put on three computers so why in the world would you buy two. so I contacted the manger who said yes I see that and the he spoke to the sales person and said he checked inventory right he checked inventory if he did he would have found that we did not get two copies but i could not convince him so we get ripped off by the big box store for 149.00 go to circuit city, go anywhere but this store If they would not refund 149 you will never get anything back on a big item
