Thai Taste Restaurant

You have to love a place that doesn't use MSG: Give these people a try if you enjoy good Thai food. Everything is fresh and beautifully spiced. They make the best duck I've had outside of my own kitchen since I was in Soho the last time.
The prices are on the high end of reasonable but if you're jonesing for lemongrass it's worth every penny.
The service is very friendly and fairly prompt.After a couple of visits they treat you like family.

Absolutely Awesome: This restaurant has a new name Thai Thara.
The decorum is so incredibly beautiful. Even the ceiling had carved wood and beautiful silk paneled lights. There are booths and tables and a separate area for sitting on the floor at low tables. The very polite waiters look elegant in their long jackets and frequently check on your needs. Everything is crystal clean and the food was EXCELLENT in presentation and taste. There is authentic Thai flute music playing at just the right level so it did not interfere with conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Thai Thara while in Greenville SC on business. We have traveled often and eat Thai frequently. This restaurant is ONE OF THE BEST I have ever experienced...and that includes Los Angeles! We will definately return to eat at Thai Thara again when we are in this area again.
