I am a Pizza lover. I ate at Mellow Mushroom on Feb. 21, 2009, for the first time, but you can be assured, it will not be my last time. Best Pizza ever!!!!!!!!

I was there on June 30. The pizza was very good. We ate outside and enjoyed it. I think the comments prior about the slow wait is isolated to the particular employees working that night, as with most eateries nowadays it is dependant on employees and management. We waited a while too, for an outside table, which was vacated about 5 minutes before anyone realized it on staff because nobody seemed to be watching. We were because we were hungry! Finally I brought it to their attention and they got right on it. I find this lack of attention at most any place you go today - it is not limited to this restaurant. Other than that, it was an acceptable visit. If you like pizza, you should try it.

Not sure where the other guy was coming from - MM has the absolute best pizza in the world! Among Chicago, New York and Calif Pizza Kitchen, this is a pie that is sort of thin, sort of thick and most savory. Their sauce is fab and you must have the hummus. This is a regional chain that is always consistently good. Funky decor and always popular - Give it a chance!
