Received a gift certificate recently for Tuckers and since we'd heard good comments, thought we'd try it. We arrived early on a Friday evening and because a card on our table in the dining area indicated happy hour, we asked about ordering a drink. The server told us that "happy hour drinks" were only available at the bar and we could not be served in the dining room. The manager confirmed this statement. We asked them to remove all the cards on the tables which she did. Although the service was okay, the food was okay, we will not return. We have been to a lot of fine dining restaurants and have never heard of this--especially when they advertised on all dining tables about happy hour. Many better restaurants in Greenville!

Food is the best and good service the rest.The fish was off the chain(or hook )Probably best i ever had.

We have been to Tucker's in Anderson several times for meals. There service and quality has always been great. There service and food is superior to any other restaurant in Anderson, Greenville, Greenwood, Spartanburg and Columbia. The staff is relaxed, professional and very knowledgable about the menu, policies, food prep and current events. Some places you just feel at home because the staff is relaxed with differing customers and other places it is obvious that you are the customer. Tuckers is like family and not herd them in and herd them out to get a tip. We recently tried their private dining room. Our contact was K.D. Simpson with Tucker's. She was able to email us the guidelines, entrée menu and dessert menu pdf files. She worked with us to make it possible to enjoy my parents 50th wedding anniversary party. We had several special requests and K.D. took them in stride without a single hitch. Note that currently you have to have a minimum of 30 plates ordered or there is an additional fee for having less than 30 attendees. The entrées available were 4 from their numerous selection. They even made up place cards and the cards were coded so that they already knew what everyone ordered. That works out great so that they don't have to "auction off" the food during the party. We were able to access the room hours before the event and setup our own flowers. We needed an extra table just before the event and they immediately pulled one for us to use. There service during the event was excellent. We were not interupted and all of the drink/food was served without delay. It was a super evening and everyone had a wonderful time. That area of the restaurant also has its own entrance so that the guest did not have to wander through the other parts of the restaurant. I very highly recommend you contact Tucker's if you want to have an event or party in the Greenwood, Anderson, Greer, Greenville area. They are located a short distance off of I-85 on the Clemson Blvd.
