User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery satisfied with the quality and service. Highly recommended. My wife and I first had new carpet installed in the guest bedroom by Lowe's. What a disaster! First, they arrived with the wrong carpet. and by wrong I mean right down to the color we ordered. Then we had to wait months for the right carpet to arrive and be installed, (which was mediocre at best). After all the wait and problems we called Gantt carpet and within a week, our guest bedroom was Perfect. They fixed the ripples in the carpet and tacks that were sticking up thru the carpet. We were so impressed that we hired them to carpet our master bedroom. Very satisfied and will use them again in the near future.
