I had my car repaired at Edwards Auto Sales after a wreck because my insurance company said that they were a certified repair shop and that the repairs would be guaranteed. Well, I had to keep getting rides out there to "pick up" the car, but every time I got there they had forgotten to fix something. There were extremely obvious defects in work that they had done, and my car was FILTHY inside! Now, the AC/heat fan in my car (which is less than 3 years old) isn't working and toyota says it's because someone left parts off of my carbon air filter. The only people to work on my car was Edwards yet they are refusing to pay for the damage. It's going to cost me $1000 in repairs to fix the damage that they did to my vehicle. They repeatedly claim that they didn't do it because the damage was on a different part of my vehicle, however, my glove compartment was knocked open during the accident and when I got the car back there were pieces in my glove compartment that weren't there before...one of these was the required piece to keep my air filter in place. The most frustrating part is that Wayne keeps saying "we stand by our work, and if we did it we'd pay for it" but they're the only ones who could have possibly done it!!! I would NOT bring my car there for repairs!
