    My parents, now deceased, always thought that 'Pete' gave them extra-large servings. We knew it was normal for the take-out box to bulge. But mama and daddy would drive from Athens, Ga. to visit, insisting on buying steak finger plates for all--but daddy had to go because George(Pete to them)'just piles it on for us', mama would say. He still does!!

    I love eating at Pete's!: Pete's is an excellent restaurant to go to with your family. The waiters, waitresses and owners are very friendly. They have excellent food as well. The atmosphere is laid-back and the food taste like down-home country cooking. My family enjoys eating here alot. It is also convient and you can go through a drive-through or call it in and get it as take out.
