User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe've bought numerous pieces from Factory Furniture and have always been very pleased. They are excellent to work with and are very knowledgeable about the furniture they sell. The prices are excellent for quality furniture. You may be able to find comparable prices at some of the chain stores but the quality is not even close to the lines that Factory Furniture carries.
Do not let the lack of a fancy showroom discourage you. They do keep a few pieces in stock but most things are direct order so you have to either know what you want or find it in the catalogs. However, I've always found them to be extremely helpful finding things when all I could do was describe what I was interested in or give them something like "I want it to look like XYZ's line of furniture."
Also, their customer support after the purchase has been excellent. My experience has been that they handled any problems with damage or defects so it wasn't necessary for me to contact the manufacturer.-

Name Doesn't Do It Justice: Although the name of this store implies "Less than Quality" furniture, that is certainly NOT the case. Fair pricing, super friendly- family oriented staff, and tons to choose from. Who could ask for more?
