They did wonderful on our sale, my mother inlaw had to drive in town to co sign on the papers, they made sure things were ready for her to sign there was no problems at all. GREAT SALES DEPTARTMENT. We have since taken our car up to Toyota of Easley for all service issues such as oil changes and every little thing that needs done simply because I am a little OCD about my car runny perfect and my service guy is Kevin and he has made everything right everytime with no questions asked. He has really taken care of my car and really handled my crying and being a emotional female LOL anytime I was worried about my car. I LOVE their customer serivve all around everytime. GREAT JOB!!! I will buy another car from them.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswe recently bought a vehicle at toyota of greer and after 2 days we had trouble with check engine and some more lights coming on it was a certified vehicle and had a extended warranty put on it well we were in easley and the check engine light came on so we took it to toyota of easley it was there 3 times in about a week and they say they done different stuff to it and still didnt fix the problem on wednesday toyota of greer service manager called them and told them we needed it fixed and soon well on friday early am we spoke to them in easley and we were told they hadnt worked on it anymore waitin on a go ahead to finish the work well today saturday we went by and they said it would be next week sometime and was sayin the tech already worked on it so many hours and was only gettin paid for so many hours and we took our vehicle to greer to be fixed the guys at the toyota of easley were really rude also i wont take anything else there to be worked on its not my problem the way there techs get paid i have owned this vehicle two weeks and got to drive it two and a half days this is our first and last toyota
